Marketing Department, MSME Business School, Assumption University, in collaboration with SEG (Southeast Group) under the concept of Happiness by Design (HbD) held an online training for Top Sales Managers entitled “Digital Marketing Course” for 2 batches.

The online training was held during August - October, 2020. The participants are the top sales managers from both Bangkok and Northeast, East, and Southern parts of Thailand. 

The course was designed to understand and enhance the tools and techniques of digital marketing especially in this era. The course was divided into 4 sections plus a workshop session. Each section lasts for 3 hours covering various topics under Digital Marketing as follows:

- Digital Consumer Insight
- Personalized Marketing
- Facebook Advertising, Ads Targeting
- Content Marketing
- Social Listening
- Measurement Metrics, Remarking, SEO, etc.

Moreover, the participants had to create Digital Marketing campaign as a requirement to complete this training. The workshop allowed the trainees to apply the knowledge gained from classes together with creativity and spirit of a team.  

The course was successfully completed with the collaborations of Marketing department, MSME Business School and Southeast Insurance (อาคเนย์ประกันภัย).

The training was led by Dr.Punnaluck Satanasavapak, Chairperson of Marketing Department, A.Pea Sitthikorn, a full-time lecturer, A.Pattaraporn Ketwan, a full-time lecturer, Khun Tipasak Tewinpongwet, Business Director, MediaCom, Group M Agency, and A. Gun, Digital Marketing Consutant-Digital Insurance, Food and Beverage, Retails and Former part time lecturer of MSME Business School as trainer and mentor for this online training.
