ABAC Bags Silver Award in Singapore Marketing Competition
Apparently not resting on its laurels despite a string of prestigious victories in national marketing competitions, Assumption University (ABAC) students competed in an international marketing event hosted by the Chartered Institute of Marketing at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore.
At the event's conclusion, ABAC bested many other international universities, eventually winning the Silver Award (international category) for the team's ingenious ideas and concepts manifested in its presentation of a marketing plan related to ATTA Identity Fashion Accessories. The event was held on October 22, 2011 in the Southeast Asian city state known for its global competitiveness.
Advised and co-advised by Department of Marketing lecturers A. Nattapon Thaweewat and A. Chulaluck Tanakhachorn
respectively, the team was composed of students Thitipajong Sukreeyapongse, Kanokrak Rujanawong, Barkha
Govindani, Chatinan Kamolbut, Taweeporn Sutthiphana, and Monjikan Sa-nguanrut; all from the Martin de Tours School
of Management and Economics.
