Mr. Sarun Rosruen, an AU senior Law student, recently won the Featherweight Bronze Medal (65.8 kg.) in IMMAF-WMMAA Asian Championships 2019 Amateur Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) organized in Bangkok, Thailand, during May 1-4, 2019. Sarun was the only Thai boxer who faced and competed against other leading competitors/opponents from Asian countries during the 4-day competition; and emerging as the champion bringing pride to the country. Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnificus, and other administrators including Asst. Prof. Dr. Sthianrapab Naluang, Dean, AU Faculty of Law, met with Sarun on May 16, 2019 and proudly congratulated him for his outstanding achievement bringing fame to the country and the university.
