As effective leaders can significantly impact or contribute to employees’ optimum productivity, several sessions of leadership training (workshop) have been organized for AU Directors, Chairpersons, Department/Section Heads and key staff in order for them to maximize on their leadership potentials or skills. Conducted by Dr. Witaya Chareonsri, Director, Office of Human Resources Management, who is a keynote speaker imparting worthwhile leadership principles and guidelines for several leader groups on the following dates (i.e. November 20, and 22, 2018) at Hua Mak and Suvarnabhumi Campuses. Participants have greatly benefited from these leadership training sessions.
